DAILY NOURISHMENT
Did you eat 4 meals today about 4 hours apart?
That means no snacking between meals.
Did you drink 1-2 glasses of water with each meal?
Any liquid does not count; must be H2O.
Did you combine nutrient-dense proteins, carbohydrates and fats each meal?
These are vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phyochemicals, etc.
DAILY MOVEMENT
Did you move 30 seconds for every 30 minutes of inactivity?
Goal being to get out of same position.
Did you increase your heart rate 10-60 consecutive minutes today?
Still being able to hold a conversation, but not at normal pace.
Did you participate in new activities that challenged athleticism?
Coordination, reaction time, balance, agility, even thinking outside the box.
DAILY RECOVERY
Did you sleep 6-8 hours in a comfortable environment?
Temperature, bedding, shade, noise, etc.
Did you set and pursue short and longterm life goals?
Using a journal will help tremendously.
Did you use mind/body relaxation techniques?
Deep breathing, meditation, massage, music, etc.
